Thank you for registering a case with us. We hope you are happy that you're case has been solved . However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may raise a request to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of cancellation of case or failure conformation of caae
FEES
To get refund, We Require Proof Of Purchase and you need to fill Refund Form
REFUNDS
Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card , bank account statement, depending on your credit card company or your bank account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

● The Return Can Be Applicable for items here - case registration fee - only returned when Investigation fails , not serviceable location or want to cancel case before Investigation
● If investigation has started but not ended yet and the consumer asks for a refund and wants to cancel case refund chance is nbi's(closr's) decision
